Messiah
Emily will perform as the soprano soloist in Handel’s Messiah with Cathedral of All Saints in Albany, NY. The work will be sung in its entirety with period instrument orchestra.

NYFOS Next: THE COLOR OF WHERE YOU CAN NEVER GO
Built around a new song cycle by Christopher Trapani, the program explores uncrossable distances. Sharon Harms sings Trapani’s cycle, commissioned through the Barlow Prize for a consortium of singers. Also on the program is Amelia Brey’s Eurydice, on an unfinished 1916 poem by H. D., and recent songs by Herschel Garfein and Eve Beglarian.

Emily will perform the role of Joan in this workshop presentation of neo-baroque comic chamber opera Sitcom, with music by Luke Styles and libretto by Alan McKendrick.
